Quotes & estimates
Project quotes are based on an on-site or scheduled consultation. Written estimates outline scope, materials, and labor. Changes requested after approval may adjust price and schedule.
Scheduling
Work is scheduled around weather, material lead times, and project complexity. We communicate delays promptly. Standard hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM; Sunday closed.
Payments
Payment terms are confirmed on your estimate or contract (including any deposits for materials or larger installs). Accepted methods are discussed during booking.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Deposits for custom materials may be non-refundable once ordered. Unused prepaid service balances are handled responsibly and disclosed before work begins.
Privacy & cookies
Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, message) are used only to respond to your inquiry and manage your project. Analytics tools may collect anonymized browsing data. We do not sell personal information.
